I have advised and coached clients for over ten years. I served five years in the Marines before that. The one important lesson I have learned in the past 15 years is that change is not a short term fix. The kind of change that transforms how we live, how we achieve our goals, and live more fulfilled will never come from a click of a button, a swipe of a card, nor and just attending a one-hour speech. It requires much more than that. It requires you showing up every day, every day, every day. And, when you are too tired to show up, you do it anyway.
Intentionality means making it happen for yourself. The world will not place success at your feet. However you choose to define success, attaining it requires your investment in yourself. I had a client ask me: "How will you keep me engaged and committed to showing up?" I answered: "I wont. If you loose your commitment and interest in the process, I will cease our agreement. We will not continue, because coaching will not help your growth, if you are not intentional in your own personal growth." That client never missed a session, and made changes that changed their life. Accountability only worked, because they held themselves accountable first.
I will only work with you, if you are intentional and want to change, and you are of sound morals and character. I will hold you accountable to the changes and growth you desire because you hold yourself accountable. The Marine in me will also not allow you to have excuses either. If you want to transform your life, you will, period. I do not guard the path you wish to walk. I only help you find it.
If you want immediate results in your leadership growth, I'm not for you. Transformation does not occur over night. You would be highly disappointed in working with me. If you know what you want, and believe that you will be a leader that our society needs to help make our future safe fro generations to come, you are in the right place. I will give you my all, if you are intentional and give your all.
