How do you know it is time to make a change in your organization?
The answer to that question is quite easy. The answer is you must always be changing. Growth requires Change, and Change Requires Leadership. If you are in a leadership position, you better have your eyes down the road looking to indications and requirements for change.
If your organization has reached stagnation in revenue growth, its not because you are not selling enough or not marketing enough. You are stagnant in your leadership growth, and being stagnant in leadership growth can only sustain itself for a short period of time. You see, life is in continuous motion, you are either moving forward or backward. Stagnation is never sustainable. It's just a pause before your next move.
If you are not an agent for change, then you will be a casualty of it.
A comfort zone can only survive in the conditions that made it. Conditions will certainly change, in time. If you are not proactive in your leadership to see change coming and make it an asset, you will experience it anyway, but it will dictate to you what your actions will be, and you will experience it as a detriment.
To grow yourself, your people, and your organization, embrace Change, and become a Change Agent. Will you experience bumps in the road? YES! But they will be on a road that is ascending.
