How we feel is not always easy to describe. There is often no data to support how we are feeling, but, non-the-less, those feelings are indisputably there within us. We, far too often, resolve to discount them and ignore them because we lack the ability to justify them, and ignore the one incontrovertible data they exist. We ignore that something caused these feelings to be generated.
In the work-place, it's leadership that is the source of what generates how we feel. The culture, the environment, and the the overall purpose of the organization are sourced from the leader at the top. the one person who sets the chain of events in motion that generate how we feel.
I am a Marine, so don't misunderstand what I am getting at here. I am not talking lovey dovey feelings. I am referring to feeling like confidence, empowerment, a sense of purpose, and other positives. Or feelings of inferiority, lack of confidence, insignificance, and other negatives.
So, I ask these questions:
